I bring over a decade of experience across both law and HR, a law degree, a postgraduate Legal Practice Course, and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management. I’ve worked across a wide range of sectors and industries, which means I’ve seen a lot, and I know that every business, every team, and every situation is different. There’s no off-the-shelf answer here.
